Power Semiconductor Chip Product Development Engineer (IGBT/MOS/FRD)
Job information
Responsible for the design and development of IGBT, MOSFET, FRD and other products:
1. Responsible for device design and process simulation;
2. Responsible for layout design and technological process formulation;
3. Responsible for communicating with the OEM about the flow sheet;
4. Developed parameter test specifications and analyzed test data;
5. Optimized design and process scheme to improve product performance and yield;
6. Developed reliability assessment plan and was responsible for product failure analysis;
7. Cooperate with other departments to solve technical problems feedbacks from users.
Qualifications:
1, Major in microelectronics, master degree or above, with solid theoretical foundation of semiconductor physics, semiconductor devices and power semiconductor;
2. Proficient in power semiconductor design, development and process flow;
3. Successful development experience of IGBT/MOS/FRD/SIC and other products is preferred;
4. Familiar with semiconductor technology and device simulation software (e.g. Sentaurus), familiar with layout designer is preferred;
5. Have a strong sense of team cooperation and work responsibility, have good logical analysis ability, communication ability and pressure ability, integrity and integrity;
6. Good English speaking and writing skills.
Finance/Purchasing Assistant
Job Description:
1. Responsible for daily cash, check and bill receipt, storage and expense reimbursement;
2. Transfer and accounting of internal funds, confirm receipt of funds, register cash and bank journal in time;
3. Responsible for daily procurement of the company;
4. Sorted out and bound vouchers at the end of the month, kept financial data (sales contract, supplier contract) and accounting files completely;
5. Assisted the accountant in preparing daily and monthly documents and statements;
6. Completed other routine work assigned by the company;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and accounting, fluent English communication, more than 3 years of work experience in the same position;
2, accounting professional qualification, junior title or above
3. Familiar with relevant national fiscal and tax laws and regulations;
4. Familiar with Kingdee financial system, EXECL, WORD, ERP and other office software and function application;
5. Familiar with general taxpayers' overall accounting treatment; Experience in manufacturing (preferred);
6. Careful work, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit.
