Application of MEMS sensor:

MEMS sensor, as a key device to obtain information, plays a huge role in promoting the miniaturization of various sensing devices, and has been widely used in the fields of space satellites, carrier rockets, aerospace equipment, aircraft, various vehicles, health and special medicine and consumer electronics. In wearable applications, MEMS sensors can be used for motion tracking, heart rate measurement and more.
